Frequently asked

Clear answers before you get started.

How much does it cost to use Be Unignored?

There is no upfront charge to start your complaint or generate your letter. Be Unignored uses a success-fee model, so you pay only if your complaint resolves successfully; if it does not, you owe nothing.

What information do you share, and who sees it?

We use the facts, dates, amounts, contact details, and supporting information you provide to draft and track your complaint. When you choose to send or escalate it, the relevant details are shared with the company, regulator, or executive channel handling that step; we do not sell your information or share it with unrelated third parties.

How long does a complaint usually take to resolve?

You can describe your issue and receive a draft in about 60 seconds, but the response time is controlled by the company or agency. Most companies respond within 14 days; if they do not, Be Unignored can escalate after 10 days and keep tracking, so a complete resolution may take several weeks depending on the dispute.

What types of complaints qualify?

We support documented consumer disputes involving airlines, telecom or cable companies, credit-card or other billing errors, landlord-tenant problems, and medical bills. If you can name the company, explain what happened, and say what outcome you want, choose the closest issue category in the filing form or use Other consumer issue.

What happens if we lose?

If the company or agency does not resolve your complaint, you do not pay a success fee. There is no upfront charge, no fee for an unsuccessful case, and no obligation to keep going; you keep the letter and can pursue another option yourself.
